6 Employee Counselling Sessions Package

Employee well-being plays a key part in employee engagement and has a direct impact on productivity. Prioritising employees mental health demonstrates a genuine concern for employees and creates a positive and compassionate culture. Mental health can contribute to increased absence and presenteeism (being physically present but not fully productive).

Referrals via GP’s for counselling services are long and may mean that you are unable to resolve an issue as quickly as you would like as a business.

Our counselling therapist can be contacted by your employee for up to 6 counselling sessions per annum (50 minute sessions), via phone, online or in person (they decide how they would like to engage). They can use the service for:

Family issues
Low self-esteem / self confidence
Relationship stress
Work related stress

Our therapist uses a range of techniques including:

  • Solution focused
