Sex

Pregnancy and Maternity

Dismissals or redundancy decisions connected to pregnancy or maternity leave are automatically unfair, leaving employers particularly vulnerable if processes are not followed correctly.
Race
Race discrimination covers colour, nationality, ethnicity, and national origin. Problems tend to arise from biased recruitment processes, lack of equal opportunities, or failing to address racist language or behaviour in the workplace. Disability

Employers often get into trouble when they fail to make reasonable adjustments, dismiss concerns as performance issues, or treat disability related absence as misconduct.
